LouderLogic for iPhone App Reviews

Great app

Fantastic program especially if you are using Bluetooth speakers, headphones or playing music in the car. Had bugs with previous editions but working fine now.

Great App!

(Using IPhone 5)I bought a portable Bluetooth speaker for running in the local park. I couldnt hear it very well so I bought this app. Now I hear it fine along with other park goers...lol Buy! Buy!! Buy!!!

Finally true volume leveling

This app is great!! Ive never wrote a review until now, cause Im so amazed with this app!!! Ive tried every app and volume leaving website and have never found one that actually worked..until now!!! iTunes claims to volume level but transfer the songs to your iphone and it doesnt work. This app really does level the volume for all songs. No more constant lowering or raising the volume!!! Ive tried so many others that claim to crossfade at various seconds but they failed. This app actually crossfades at the time selected. From a scale of 1 to 10...a definite 10. Congrats to the creators of this app for a job well done!!!

Kinda buggy, still awesome

Great app, except for when it arbitrarily decides to repeat a song. Also, wish it updated play counts in iTunes, but Im sure thats an app store limitation so I cant blame the devs. And if its not an App Store limitation … can you guys make it update play counts in the next version? FYI, I bought the app for the cross-fading; the plethora of EQ settings is a yummy bonus.

Youre kidding, right?!

This app only works on presets and doesnt really have any manual settings, at least working ones, that allows you to REALLY equalize anything. Just a few visual toys called buttons you can move around, light up, and play with, but that actually affect no real change that could equalize anything. Certainly dont feel this one was worth spending money on. All the rave reviews must be associated with the developer or are truly tone deaf to thing this ap really gives you the quality of sound it promises. My advice...save your money

Very Good Overall

The volume leveling is really remarkable. Even when I try to equalize volume on my computer it makes vocals go in and out, but not this app (which is way cheaper than all that software). The album covers are completely mixed up, which is especially confusing for podcasts. When you turn it sideways to change the EQ setting sometimes the presets just arent there and you have to kill the app and restart it to make them show up. The EQ is still cool though, although I wish I could quickly switch from "Spoken Word" for podcasts but then back to "Old Car Speakers" for music in my car or "Small Headphones" for earbuds without finding them through the list. I also wish I could change to a design that wasnt green, and that the interface experience was faster (switching songs and stuff I mean).

Wish it worked better

Ive always had a love hate relationship with LouderLogic. It makes all my music sound great, better than the native music app on the iPhone. The unfortunate thing is, as long as Ive had the app (over a year) it rarely seems to work smoothly. Every time I download a new song, it refuses to play it until Ive killed the app multiple times. It doesnt play certain songs when its in the background because they are "DLC." No other music app Ive had has ever told me that. Wish it worked better.

Great App!

This program definitely helps with adding richness and depth to the sound. I own every EQ App there is. This is the one I use the most. Since latest update, no problems, no distortion. Works perfectly.

I want to like it, I really do.

The app really makes my music sound better. Also, the crossfade effect is really cool. Unfortunately, the app gets in its own way. The app menus are slow. This isnt a huge problem, but one nonetheless. More importantly, if I scrub ahead in a song and the song ends, the next song will play, but the artwork and song info will not change. If I hit the next song button, the playing song will start over. UGH. Lastly, I keep seeing the "add to queue" tutorial even though I have opened the app 10 or more times already. I understand, so stop showing it. PLEASE fix these issues. I like the app, but it is too frustrating in its current state.

Fix bug please!

Please fix bug that takes album artwork away...other than that app is SOLID! But missing artwork is important. THX!!

Fail!

Im switching to something better.

Not up to date!.

When I first got this, it was my go to app for music. Unfortunately along the way they lost interest I guess. It will not play 24bit wave files, pretty basic function. So, down graded and useless to me. How about updating guys?.

Best Music App, Period

This app is far and away the best music app available. And no, I dont work for the company or know any of their employees. Here is why I love it: 1) This program uses an algorithm to even out (normalize) the volume of your music or audiobooks. But unlike other systems which create a fake or "pumping" sound or clip the loudest parts of your audio, Louder Logic simply raises the volume when its too soft, and lowers it when it is too loud. 2) While LL normalizes the volume, it still allows you to hear a sensation of the loud crescendos when they come up. 3) The volume control quickly pushes down loud peaks, but then releases the effect more slowly, so you cant even tell what its doing. Further, it goes only so far, so when your song fades out, it will still have a completely natural sounding fade-out. 4) It has a great shuffle. 5) The equalizer is way better than Apples. In addition to being able to manually set any equalization from a flat baseline, you can choose between a huge collection of pre-sets, see the equalization curve of each, and if desired re-draw them to your own tastes. Here are three suggestions to the developers to really put it over the top: 1) Allow us to see the full artist and title of each song on the playlist. 25 characters is not sufficient for many of my songs. 2) Allow us to save any EQ settings that we create with our own names. 3) Allow us to save each song as a new MP3 file. I recommend this app unequivocally, without reservation.

Needs to be optimized for iPhone 6+

looks dated and doesnt fit the screen...Lazy update, could be one of the best!

Could be better

Would like to be able to listen to other music from a streaming app like Spotify or Amazon music.
